Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for stable and efficient management and operations of the information and communication infrastructure and provided services.
  • Lead a team of resources as direct and matrix reporting relationships in project delivery and support environments.
  • Recommend and prepare documentation on best practices, business procedures, reporting, configuration and master data maintenance.
  • Provide education and promote awareness to users with regards to IT security issues. Awareness & education are critical to improving the overall security stance by ensuring employees understand the importance of protecting Company’s data and intellectual property.
  • Lead execution of tasks to achieve scope, schedule, financial, and quality commitments.
  • Responsible for operating and efficient and service-oriented team to provide support, consulting and training to end user.
  • Ensure individual and team compliance with all AGCO policies and procedures including SOX, IT and Security. Follow established governance processes and standards.
  • Review IT systems and procedures for continuous improvement.
  • Manage the implementation of SAP system throughout the company.
  • Build and manage external IT service provider relationships to enable economic IT service delivered.
  • Directed technological research by studying organizational goals, strategies, practices, and user projects
  • IT demand management including advising end users and departments on IT matters. Ensure successful execution of business needs.
  • Researching and implementing technological strategic solutions.
  • Partners with departmental head to determine course of action and implementation to support new systems, processes, web development and best practices.
  • Oversees IT-related asset purchases on a company-wide basis.
  • Manages software licenses on a company-wide basis.
  • Responsible on IT Internal audit and control on IT security.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in degree in Information Technology related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proficient in English language and able to converse in Mandarin in an advantage.
  • Good knowledge in servers/network/desktop/IT security, and IT operations (LAN, TCP/IP. WAN, DNS, DHCP , FIREWALL security setting, AD Administration, Server Group policy setup)
  • Proactive, dynamic, dedicated and responsible self-starter with strong customer oriental and multitasking capabilities.
  • Possess experience in supporting end-user environment departmental or organization level.
  • This position requires solid Information technology knowledge in the IT development and strategy (Infrastructure and Application).
  • Industry best practice of IT security policy setup
  • Proficient in Microsoft office tools and applications
  • Requires a comprehensive understanding of the function of IT in the location and the business process of AGCO GSI in order to provide professional and efficient support to the departmental manager.
  • This position will require interaction skill to work directly with Global IT team or regional team.
