Job Summary
Responsible to perform customer service job function by liaising with customer (local and oversea) and internal department, ensuring that the order taken is correct and accurate with delivery on time and response with customer complaints accordingly.
Job Responsilities
  • Prepare quotes to customer/sales team.
  • Prepare and processingcontract.
  • Processing the sales order.
  • To follow up with internal department in ensuring that the order placed is in timely deliver.
  • Manage customer complaints with liaising various department in resolving customer complaints.
Minimum Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Must be willing to work at Bukit Minyak Industrial Park.
  • No working experience require, fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
  • Able to converse in Mandarin in an advantage.
