Job Responsibilities:

The incumbent is responsible to perform in variety of activities in coordinate with internal department and external customer to ensure the order from customer delivery on time and timeliness in responding to customers complaints. To establish a partnership  with each member of the Sales Team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and ultimately be a strong contributor to the achievement of department and company sales volume goals.

 

Shipment co-ordination

  • Ensuring that all the orders are enter in the system are in order and proper.
  • Sales order processing by follow the Sales order procedures after customer confirmation of order.
  • To follow up the status of all the order put in our production.
  • To co-ordinate with warehouse & production for goods availability and shipping department on timely delivery of service.
  • To co-ordinate with customer if have any problem to get agreements between both party.
  • To co-ordinate with customer in shipment arrangement.
  • To co-ordinate with finance department to ensure the payment received before delivery.

 

Record & Report

  •  To ensure the accurate customer’s database in MAS 200 system.
  • To ensure up to date order information in system such as ship date, etc.
  • To prepared the daily, weekly and monthly order report and submitted in a timely manner.
  • To prepare monthly order report to sales & dealer to update the order status.
  • To ensure the monthly sales forecast achieve as per plan.

 

Others 

  • Organizing and coordinating all Sales or Customers meeting requests.
  • Attending meeting between cross department to understand the challenge that is facing and relay the message by customer/within team members to relevant parties.
  • Provide coach to the newly on board staff on Order Management process.
  • Participate in internal department meeting which involves customer orders.

 

Job requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field of studies.
  • Able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
