Fiberglass Fans
Cumberland’s fiberglass ventilation fans are manufactured using a “Resin Transfer Molding” (RTM) process for a smooth finish on both interior and exterior surfaces of the fan housing. The basic fan includes a heavy vinyl coated guard, PVC shutter and all aluminum and stainless steel mounting hardware.
MEGA FLOW 58C
Get powerful ventilation from our highest performing fan featuring a spring* loaded butterfly door design with a magnetic locking mechanism for a complete seal. The Mega Flow 58C is a 58″ diameter fan featuring a non-corrosive fiberglass reinforced composite venturi and housing. The tight sealing butterfly door design reduces air leakage and light infiltration. A flush mount design allows retrofit over wall openings from 57.5″ to 63″.

Lightweight, insulated poly butterfly dampers open & close automatically with the operation of the fan.
RIGID DESIGN
Rigid x-wing motor mount design and reinforced corner bracing add strength and solid support with minimal air flow obstruction.

Standard, automatic belt tensioner and large, cast iron, greasable pillow block bearings for longer life. Optional non-corrosive composite cone available.

Heavy duty 56-frame TEAO motors, 1″ drive train, automatic belt tensioner, and large diameter pulleys with greasable pillow block bearings to promote greater belt wrap and extended life.
