Form and Function

AP’s PVC planking can be easily adapted for a variety of uses including actuated ventilation applications.

Wall Panel System

AP’s 1-3/4” x 32” PVC wall panel is typically used in the construction of walls or ceilings in farrowing and nursery buildings. Since there are fewer seams than conventional PVC walls, clean-up is quicker. Tongue and groove construction provides added strength and speeds construction. For additional strength, or an attach point for gate brackets, 2 x 4 lumber can be installed anywhere in the panel.

Finishing Fence

Finishing plank is available in either 2” x 8” tongue-and-grooved or our unique 2” x 38” one piece panel which speeds installation and eases clean-up by eliminating seams caused by stacking individual planks. Finishing plank is made for animals over 120 pounds and ideal for rugged duty applications such as boar studs and breeding areas.

Nursery Fence

In nursery applications this fence is ideal for pen dividers. It cleans easily and is available with a full line of PVC and stainless steel accessories to adapt to any installation. Solid plastic aisle gates makes pig movement easier, keeps manure out of walkways and provides a draft free area for small pigs. It is manufactured for animals between 30 and 120 pounds.
